very well located, with lots of good equipement and great voltage for electronics charge (there were both a hair dryer and starightener in the bathroom, along with special hair care produits + great amenities. the breakfast was ok with a varied choice of Japanese and Western food. great restaurants choice in the same building + the hotel was giving coupons for purchases and restaurants dealer.

Free coffee, tea and drinks provided at their lounge. Location is very near Shin-Yokohama station. Food available around the area. Good views from the hotel room. Rooms are also very soundproof. Stayed on the highest floor and couldn’t hear any train sounds even though it was directly below. Hotel room is also spacious enough for 2! Drinking water is provided outside the room 24/7, making it super convenient since we didn’t have to boil our own water.

The location was idea as it is above the train station and all amenities, food, shopping etc. Staff were very accommodating. Laundry facilities were decent but can be busy. Ice and cold water on the 16 floor which was the same floor as our room was handy.

Spacious rooms, elegantly decorated, very clean, water flask available and water dispensers on every floor (no plastic bottles!), lounge with free coffee/tea/juice and enough room to work or relax

The look and feel of the hotel from the lobby and throughout the hotel. It is esthetically pleasing. The location was ideal. Easy access to the train station and to shops that are in the same building on different floors.

The room was really nice, clean and comfortable. The structure is really cool, that you can look down from the top. Once you get inside, you don’t hear other people’s sound. Really quiet. The using goods’ materials are very nice and cut cup at bathroom. It is my 2nd time staying there, because not only hotel is excellent but the location is so convenient. O minutes to access to the transportation, it is on the Shinkansen’s station !! If you like to store your luggage, they would offer it too.

Good business hotel directly above Shin Yokohsma train station. Staff very friendly. Spacy bathroom, very good equipped. Everything very clean, nice view to the station front. Good lounge on 12th floor with free coffee, tea soft drinks and even (to be paid) draft beer machine.

Incredible clean Room No dirt or dust - I've never seen a hotel room like it Loved it! Great location Amazing baby bed Good extras (toothbrush, razor and comb)

Great location for the trains. It is upstairs from the train station. Room was really nice and comfortable. The breakfast was just alright. If I had other options I would go there, but it was early and they were the only restaurant open.

We booked here because it was next door to the train station so we could make an easy transfer in the morning to Hiroshima. Rooms were nice and dark, beds were very comfortable and room was spacious. The breakfast had a wide variety but I would still consider it a basic breakfast, nothing outstanding. It was about a 1 and a half hour transfer from Narita airport but very easy to get to.
