Right above shin yokohama station. Good location right at the shin yokohama station. Rooms are clean and really quiet, u can tell that the hotel was built perfectly to avoid noise and gives you comfort. You can’t even hear people talk or walking outside. Breakfast buffet was really good! Room have view of mt. Fuji

We have stayed at this property before and it did not disappoint this time either. Rooms are spacious by Japanese standards and the bed was really comfortable. The bathroom is also spacious with quality extras provided. The guest lounge with free tea, coffee, juice etc. is a nice bonus. We had breakfast included in our nightly rate and were very impressed with the choice and quality. Shin Yokohama station is 10 floors under the hotel so it is a great spot to use as a day travel hub, you can catch the Shinkansen from there. Hotel though is totally quiet and restful.

Excellent location for our holiday in Japan, we based ourselves here as we could get a shuttle bus from Haneda airport on arrival (and then departure) and we had very easy access to the train / metro system right below the hotel. There is also a really good selection of restaurants with in walking distance from the hotel. The room was clean and we had a view of Mount Fuji! Breakfasts were very good with a wide range of food, western and Japanese.

Everything was great. We had a beautiful view of Mt. Fuji. They were able to accommodate our food allergy (severe/life threatening) for breakfast, and some other restaurants in the same building were also able to accommodate us also. Very convenient location for transportation, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

First of all, the location cannot be better. Right next to(or on top of) the Shin-Yokohama station, very convenient. The room was spacious, nice view, equipped with all what you need. Super hotel that I could feel Japanese hospitality. There were enough electrical sockets on the desk and near the bed. It was also nice that they prepared a conversion plug so that I could you my European type plug. Bathroom was also spacious. I recommend this hotel if you travel to Shin-Yokohama area.

Exceptional staff particularly the male receptionist who has worked there for 30years. He helped us with heavy luggage, contacting the police when our passport appeared to have gone missing. Room was fine, minibar, slippers, pjamas etc. Quiet rooms with efficient light excluding drapes

Our overall experience was exceptional. The location was great and easy to navigate, the room was comfortable and clean, we enjoyed our breakfast options each morning and access to laundry facilities made this necessary chore very manageable. Additionally, the front desk staff was great in helping us navigate our lost luggage with the airline. We will stay here again and recommend it to other travelers.

Location was superb as it connected to the Shin-Yokohama station. I was just passing through for a night and needed the bullet train in the morning. It worked great! Location is also awesome for exploring - there are great trails along the river and near the Nissan Stadium. Proximity to the Ramen Museum was a bonus! I was also on the 18th floor which was nice. Fitness center! Breakfast offered a wide variety.
